A high quality, mostly northern suburbs rent roll portfolio is in place already and has been carefully nurtured by the previous owner for over two decades with an exceptional reputation for customer service. Looking to continue this level of service, we are seeking a dynamic individual that can work autonomously and is results driven that has pride in their work and a can do attitude.

A small team ensures you will be working with and supported by the director of the company so decisions or ideas to improve your day to day role will be listened to and considered.

About You:

Efficient time management and people skills

Good written and verbal communication

Sense of urgency and attention to detail

Hold a current NT Real Estate licence

Hold a current NT drivers licence

Ability to operate a CRM and confident with email and general computer use

Willing to negotiate salary for the ideal team member based on experience but also willing to consider casual employment with the idea to grow into a full time position over time. While we wait for our property manager vehicle there will be a car allowance paid for your own vehicle use. This role offers the ability for the right person to be promoted within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule inspections for showings, routines, in and outgoings

Comprehend and complete property maintenance requests

New lease and lease renewal preparation and execution

General admin tasks, rental arrears and other property management tasks

Confirming lease application form information

Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, government agencies and other key stakeholders
