About the role

Stone and Ceramic Tile Wholesalers' is seeking an exceptional Internal Customer Service professional to join our team in Smithfield, NSW. This full-time position is essential in supporting our growing business and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Handling incoming sales enquiries and customer orders via phone, email and in-person

Providing professional and courteous assistance to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best products and solutions

Maintaining accurate customer records and order details in our systems

Coordinating with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders

Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Providing excellent post-sales support and building strong relationships with our customers

Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in the wholesale or retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Strong organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in using CRM and order management systems

A positive, friendly and proactive attitude

Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry would be highly regarded
