Part-Time Receptionist & Accounts Support
Thornleigh Location | $30–$35/hr

Join a well-established software company supporting the equipment rental industry. We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to take ownership of our front office operations while also providing light accounts support.

About You

You're someone who takes pride in running a smooth, welcoming front desk and enjoys variety in your day. You’re organised, detail-driven, and confident handling a bit of everything—from greeting visitors to supporting the finance team with admin tasks. You like being trusted to work independently, but you also value being part of a team that supports each other and shares a laugh along the way.

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly face that greets clients, staff, and visitors

Answer phones, sort the mail, handle deliveries and couriers

Keep things running behind the scenes—supplies, bookings, general admin

Pitch in with light accounts support (think invoice matching, expense claims, digital filing)

Help the IT team with keeping asset records up to date

Take on the role of emergency evacuation coordinator (don’t worry, they will show you how!)

Essential Criteria

Experience in reception, admin, or customer service

Confident communicator with a polished, professional manner

A natural organiser who’s great at juggling priorities

Sharp attention to detail and good with follow-through

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable

Some exposure to accounts payable or receivable

Happy to manage phone systems, voicemail, etc.
