Fitout – Team Leader

$90K–$110K + Super | Parkes, NSW | Full-Time

6am to 3.30pm Mon – Thursday 6am to 2.30pm - every second Friday – 9 day fortnight -

Role Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Accessory Fitout Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of 15–20 technicians. Your team takes powder-coated trailer frames and fits lights, axles, tyres, toolboxes, and other accessories to produce high-quality finished products.

While technical knowledge is a bonus, what really matters is your ability to manage people — setting expectations, coaching performance, and creating an energised, high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and inspire your team of 15–20 to deliver consistent results.

Communicate with clarity so everyone knows priorities, deadlines, and standards.

Plan workflow, allocate resources, and solve problems as they arise.

Drive accountability and performance through effective coaching and feedback.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and work ethic.

Develop and mentor team members for growth and future opportunities.

Collaborate with other leaders to keep production on track and efficient.
