About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join us as a Warehouse Team Leader at ACR Supply Partners and take the next step in your logistics career. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this position offers a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a 3PL environment. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution facility located in Eastern Creek.

What You'll be Doing:

Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets

Work in a multi-client environment

Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)

Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.

Provide daily reporting.

Previous experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment

Strong team leadership and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation

Proactiveness and problem solving skills
