We are actively seeking a Legal Secretary to join a high-performing Litigation and Disputes team within a leading, national mid-tier firm. Working collaboratively within a team of four, you will play a key role in supporting a busy and successful practice group.

The role:

• Provide seamless administration support for a Senior Partner
• Manage high-volume billing for three Partners with accuracy
• Oversee general trust accounting duties
• Liaise with clients and third parties with confidence
• Monitor and action a shared team inbox

About you:

• Intermediate-level secretary with prior legal experience (disputes or litigation experience highly regarded)
• Financially savvy and confident managing billing processes (experience with Aderant preferred)
• Calm, professional presence with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach
