Description

• Coordinate end to end relocation logistics including flights, removals, transport, and accommodation
• Act as the primary point of contact ensuring a smooth and stress free experience
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to manage timelines and deliver exceptional service
• Balance customer service (40%) with administrative duties (60%)
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and empathy

Profile

• Back in claims, relocation, travel coordination or end to end logistics
• Customer service experience ( high volume ideally )
• Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities
• Strong communication skills across phone and email
• A customer first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
