We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Helpdesk Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s License.
Familiarity with ConnectWise Suite of products (preferred but not required).
