We have an exciting opportunity for a head chef within our beachfront restaurant here on the Fraser Coast. This opportunity will suit a creative and skilled individual who will have the pleasure of crafting seasonal menus with the freshest local produce in our region.

Within our Fraser Coast and Southern Burnett area, we have access to a wide range of quality produced ingredients ranging from hydroponic vegetables, locally grown fruits, free range eggs to our locally sourced butcher, offering a wide variety of options for you to create some very unique dishes, your possibilities are limitless.

Our seaside restaurant is open 7 days a week offering breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests here on the Fraser Coast with a seating capacity of 300. The successful applicant will be a great communicator with experience managing a number a staff members within a very busy kitchen, with proven capacity in high volume venues. They will also need to be passionate about their work, be creative in developing new menus and an individual whom can lead a diverse team whilst work directly with the owner.
