We are looking for:

Certificate 3 in commercial cookery but Chefs of all levels and experience will be considered.

Fast paced decision making and strong work ethic.

Multitasking.

Creativity.

Well rounded experience in larder, pans and grill sections.

Valid Visa & working rights (where applicable).

Australian based candidates.

We are offering Full-time roles, based on the candidates skill level and work / life requirements with remuneration ranging between $68k - $85k. Rate is based on previous experience.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the head and sous chef.

Day to day kitchen cleaning and OHS compliance.

Dish up high quality meals in a fast paced environment.

At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Rate is negotiable based on experience.

In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
