Hotel Trentham is a beautifully renovated & historic hotel that has been located in the heart of Trentham since 1926.

Trentham is one of Victoria's most iconic country towns, located just an hour from Melbourne's CBD, and is a wonderful tourist destination within a short drive to Daylesford, Kyneton, Woodend, Castlemaine and Bacchus Marsh.

Hotel Trentham recently completed a full refurbishment in 2023, having reopened with 5 Star reviews, and a fully booked bistro almost daily. Whilst Hotel Trentham might be the heart of town, the soul of the business is great food, which means growing our great kitchen team to continue delivering on a great pub food menu.

We are currently seeking interest from hospitality professionals to add to our team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, with an opportunity for experienced Chefs.

Our kitchen team is headed up by Executive Chef Paul Martin, who started his trade in Regional Victoria, and has great local food knowledge & experience, as well as heading up some great kitchen teams at some of Australia's best restaurants.

Trentham is just 45 minutes from Melton, Sunbury & Castlemaine, and just 20 minutes from Daylesford, Kyneton & Woodend

Experience:

Cooking: At least 2 years required in a busy establishment
