A growing telecommunications company based in Adelaide, specialising in fibre optic splicing, fault finding, network builds, and fibre blowing. We have successfully delivered major projects across Australia and are now looking to expand our team with a skilled and reliable technician.

The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fibre Optic Technician who can work independently and take ownership of their work. You will be responsible for splicing, testing, and maintaining fibre optic networks, often working away on solar farm and infrastructure projects across regional Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Perform fibre optic splicing, testing, and fault finding.

Work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Travel and work away on projects as required.

Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in fibre optic splicing and testing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.

Current driver’s license (mandatory).

White Card (mandatory).

NBN or relevant industry accreditation (preferred but not essential).
