About the Role:

McArthur is seeking passionate and reliable OSHC Educators to join the team. You'll have the chance to work across a range of OSHC Services, gaining diverse experience while choosing shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Help deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate programs
• Support children's learning and development (in line with My Time, Our Place Framework)
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and supportive environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Follow service policies, procedures and routines.

What You Need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid / CPR certificate
• Child Protection (RRHAN or Child Safe Environment)
• Availability to work across different locations and shifts.
• A positive, professional attitude and passion for working with children
• Previous OSHC experience (preferred)
