About the Role:
McArthur is seeking passionate and reliable OSHC Educators to join the team. You'll have the chance to work across a range of OSHC Services, gaining diverse experience while choosing shifts that fit your lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate programs
- Support children's learning and development (in line with My Time, Our Place Framework)
- Maintain safe, inclusive, and supportive environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Follow service policies, procedures and routines.
What You Need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid / CPR certificate
- Child Protection (RRHAN or Child Safe Environment)
- Availability to work across different locations and shifts.
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for working with children
- Previous OSHC experience (preferred)
