Hallett Cove Community Children’s Centre

We are a Community Children’s Centre, a not for profit organisation, therefore all funds go into the running of the service including above award wages and resources. Although we come under the community base banner, individual center's are run independently.

Hallett Cove Community Children’s Centre is located right next to the Hallett Cove Shopping Centre, in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

As a service we are a passionate team who provides quality education and care for 53 children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years of age, Monday – Friday (7.30am until 6.30pm). For more information please visit https://hcccc.com.au/. We welcome applying applicants to book a visit before applying.

About The Role

We are currently offering a short contract position to the end of the year with an option to continue. The Educators’ role would be for 38 hours a week, The educator would be preferably qualified or working towards their diploma.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have:

Work rights to enable you to work in Australia

A valid SA Employee Working with Children Check

Child Protection training and knowledge of current legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children

Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
