About the Role

Busy Bees at Kilburn is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our vibrant centre with passion and purpose. With a licensed capacity of 100 children, you'll oversee operations, mentor your team, and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance.

As a Centre Director, you will:

Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences

Manage day-to-day operations including compliance, occupancy, and staffing

Partner with families and the local community to promote a welcoming and inclusive environment

Drive centre performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting

Foster a culture of learning, wellbeing, and professional growth

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director (minimum 2 years)

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Current SA Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

A passion for driving educational excellence and team development
