Your Day-to-Day

• Take charge of site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and on-site teams
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Keep projects on track and communicate progress clearly
• Work closely with PMs and Contract Administrators
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience supervising residential, multi-residential, or duplex builds
• Someone who can lead by example and get things done
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Great communicator who thrives under pressure
• Local knowledge of trades and suppliers is a big plus
