The Glow Circuit is a new innovative wellbeing club located in Floreat, Perth, on a mission to bring 'all round glow' to our community. We offer personal growth mentoring, a variety of movement classes including strength and mat pilates, and mind-calming options including sound healing, breathwork and meditation. Our café offers connection and our approach is about developing genuine, warm relationships that deliver real transformation for our members.

As a start up offering a new approach, we want to partner with an expert in marketing, communications and social media who lives and breathes our mission and helps us bring the glow to as many people as possible. You'll be both strategic and hands on – bringing your skills in campaign design all the way to creating our social media content, and eye-catching and on-brand marketing materials.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Partnering on developing marketing strategies and campaigns to maximise member attraction and retention

· Working with us on budget and tracking spend against outcomes

· Advising on ad spend and placement

· Designing communications materials including campaign collateral, flyers, and in-store installations

· Scheduling member newsletters

· Creating reels, photos, stories — all the content

· Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

· Keeping our feed looking clean, cohesive, and on brand

· Staying on top of trends and helping us hop on the ones that actually fit us – bringing your great energy and ideas!

· Grow engagement and follower count authentically

· Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance

You're Our Person If You:

· You must be located in Perth, WA

· You must be located in Perth, WA and have the right to work in Australia

· You're community minded, super organised and self-directed

· You're all about the outcomes!

· Have marketing and social media experience – preferably within the wellbeing industry

· Have 2+ years of marketing and social media experience – preferably within the wellbeing industry

· Live and breathe social media (especially IG + TikTok)

· Have an eye for design and excellent design capacity

· Have an eye for design and excellent design capacity using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma

· Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

· Know how to shoot and edit content

· Love The Glow Circuit's ethos!

· Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (preferred but not essential)
