The Role: You'll be the vital first connection between Brady Energy and potential customers, using your expert cold calling skills to generate high-quality leads and secure appointments for our Energy Consultants. You'll be presenting innovative energy-efficient solutions to both commercial businesses and residential prospects.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of proven cold calling/appointment setting experience in sales

Exceptional phone communication skills - clear, confident, and engaging

Self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives working autonomously

Resilient individual with strong work ethic and natural rapport-building abilities

Melbourne-based (essential for occasional face-to-face meetings in Cheltenham)

Must have full working rights and have reliable high speed internet and quiet at home set up for professional calls
