Our client delivers high-quality business events and provides data-driven insights to IT, telecommunications, and technology-focused organisations worldwide. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, connecting with decision-makers and securing their attendance at these events. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to make an impact.

What you may be doing?

• Making outbound calls to engage with business professionals
• Promoting upcoming events and securing bookings/appointments
• Following a structured call guide while adapting conversations to suit each contact
• Updating CRM systems with accurate call notes and outcomes
• Meeting achievable daily and weekly targets for calls and bookings

What do you bring?

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation
• A confident, professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently from home
• Resilience and motivation to achieve KPIs
• A proactive attitude and passion for connecting with people
