About the Role:
Complementing our events and partnership marketing services, we offer asset management and fulfillment solutions, custom designed to the requirements of our clients and their brands. The logistics arm of the Willett business is integral to our total service offering and critical to our reputation of delivering exemplary service to our clients.
Time Fraction: P/T 4 days on site at Willett Warehouse (Port Melbourne).
Key Duties
The Logistics Services and Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficient management and execution of logistics activity and fulfillment services including the wellbeing and storage of all assets ensuring best-in-class service delivery to Willett clients.
Responsibilities include:
Logistics & Asset Management – managing storage, fulfillment, transport and client asset returns.
Data & Systems Management – ensuring accuracy of data, reporting and logistics documentation.
Account & Stakeholder Management – building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Financial Management – preparing quotes, budgets, estimates and overseeing billing and reporting.
Supplier & Cost Negotiation – sourcing competitive costs and managing third-party suppliers.
Project Management – planning, executing and delivering on time and within budget.
Health, Safety & Compliance – maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to OH&S standards.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – responding effectively to challenges and supporting wider business needs.
Team Leadership – supervising warehouse/support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration – clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Essential requirements:
Licenses & Certifications – mandatory credentials to operate vehicles and equipment safely (Driver’s license, Forklift license).
Technical & Systems Skills – ability to use computers, data entry, and asset management systems effectively.
Safety & Compliance Knowledge – experience managing OH&S requirements within a warehouse/logistics environment.
