The group comprises an experienced team of qualified professionals dedicated to enhancing its excellent reputation and continuing to expand the range of conveyancing and other services.
Our client is known for our client-focused approach, innovative systems, and supportive team culture. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Conveyancer to join our thriving practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential (and optionally commercial) property transactions from instruction to settlement
Deliver clear and timely communication to clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations
Use modern case management systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional client service and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Fully qualified Registered Conveyancer (holding a current practising certificate)
Minimum [2+] years’ experience running your own conveyancing matters independently
Strong working knowledge of property law and the end-to-end conveyancing process
Knowledge of Conveyancing documents and procedures
Knowledge of (preferable) PEXA
Initiative with strong problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Be reliable, professional, honest, and personable.
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with technology and digital case management systems
Successful applicant must show ability to be flexible working around the settlement process and anticipate on-demand requirements of conveyancing in the current market.
The successful applicant will perform well in a team setting, be able to work autonomously, retain attention to detail, be an excellent communicator and be able to maintain and build strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues.
