Under the guidance of our directors and senior property lawyers, your role will involve:

- Daily client interactions and problem-solving

- Communication with banks, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers

- Settlement coordination and correspondence drafting

- Delivering exceptional client service

- Managing residential and commercial conveyances from initiation to completion (including off-the-plan and registered properties)

- Assisting with retail, commercial, and industrial leases, encompassing agreements, leases, incentives, assignments, surrenders, and variations

- License agreements
