We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a management and leadership role within our Assembly & Dispatch department. This is an opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement to make a real impact.

Main work duties will include:

Lead and supervise the dispatch team in performing quality control, dispatch and warehousing operations efficiently.

Oversee the receiving, checking, packing, and dispatching of orders, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and ensuring accurate system entries.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and complete deliveries, proactively addressing any delays or issues.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet established commitments and maintain excellence in customer service.

Ensure consistent product quality by coordinating quality control checks on finished products before dispatch.

Package finished products following established processes, ensuring attention to detail and care.

Label and manage the storage of finished components to prevent damage and enable easy identification and retrieval.

Handle the receipt and dispatch of general freight items, including workshop materials, consumables and product componentry.

Generate accurate consignment documentation, cross-checking all information to ensure correct shipping details for our valued customers.

Manage inventory and warehouse storage effectively to ensure high turnover items are accessible and stock levels are maintained.

Experience

Experience of 1-2 years in freight handling and warehousing is preferred. knowledge in freight systems, ERP software and consignment generation is expected.

Proven experience in logistics supervision or management.

Forklift License
