🚀 Dispatch Team Leader – HD Automotive

HD Automotive is looking for a driven Dispatch Team Leader to join us at our headquarters in Rocklea, QLD (15 minutes south of Brisbane City).
We’re one of Australia’s fastest-growing suppliers of premium 4X4 performance parts and spares - shipping gear across Australia and around the world.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career, own their area, and hustle hard to keep our warehouse running like clockwork.

We’re talking turbos, intercoolers, and performance parts – not packing boxes of stationery.

You’ll lead our dispatch operations, making sure every order - from a single gasket to a full turbo kit - gets out the door on time and correct. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to keep customers informed, stock in check, and deadlines smashed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading daily dispatch operations for both domestic and international orders

Delegating and working alongside the dispatch team

Overseeing order accuracy, packing quality, and turnaround times

Monitoring incoming orders and prioritising workflow

Managing stock levels & coordinating with purchasing

Providing ETA updates to customers and resolving dispatch-related enquiries

Assisting with kit assembly and hands-on warehouse work when needed

What we’re looking for:

Someone ready to take ownership of their area and run it like it’s their own

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in dispatch, parts sales, or warehousing

Comfortable using computers for shipping, inventory, and email

Leadership potential - able to motivate a small team and set the pace

Great communication skills with both staff and customers

The details:

Permanent full-time (after 3-month probation)

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (overtime available)
