ABOUT THE ROLE

Monday-Friday roster
1:30pm-9pm
$44+ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and allocate truck movements.
Create pick slips, dispatch advice, and manage pallet transfers.
Collaborate with scheduling and customer service to ensure timely stock readiness.
Communicate with interstate and external providers to manage bookings.
Monitor fleet drivers and optimize utilization.
Maintain daily reports for timely service deliveries.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Rostering and management of fleet drivers
Effective planning, communication, and fleet utilisation

What You Bring:

Experience in dispatching and transport (preferred).
Strong administrative and general warehousing background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service skills, including phone and email communication.
Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday.
Positive attitude with a focus on hitting KPIs.
Own transport and a valid drivers license.
Passport or birth certificate for identification.
Two professional references.
Ability to pass an Australian police check.
