Position:

Finance Mortgage Broker (Trainee/Senior) – Competitive Base + Commission | Flexible Work

Role 1: Finance Mortgage Broker Trainee (No Broker Experience OK)

What You’ll Do

1. Support clients with mortgage needs (budget analysis, lender product matching) under 1-on-1 mentorship from an MFAA-accredited senior broker.

2. Assist with end-to-end loan workflows: pre-approval paperwork, lender follow-ups, document verification, and settlement support.

3. Complete our “8-week structured training program” (certificate IV, covers compliance, sales communication, and lender product deep dives).

Who We’re Looking For

- Legal working rights in Australia + fluent English (verbal/written).

- 6+ months in customer service, sales, or admin preferred in finance.

- Drive to obtain “Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking”

Your Earnings

Base Salary + Commission + New Hire Bonus

Role 2: Senior Broker (Proven Track Record Required)

What You’ll Do

1. Grow & own your client portfolio: Manage existing clients + source new business via referrals.

2. Lead complex mortgage solutions: investment property portfolios, self-employed borrower loans, cross-border financing, and refinancing strategies.

3. Work 100% on your terms: choose client meeting times/locations

Who We’re Looking For

- Legal working rights in Australia + fluent English.

- 2+ years of full-time mortgage broking experience in Sydney

- Existing client base (40+ active clients minimum)

Base Salary + Commission + Quarterly Performance Bonus
