Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322 or equivalent) or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending role.
• Solid understanding of residential lending, property market, and loan products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or loan origination platforms.
• Experience with complex loans (e.g., self-employed clients, SMSF loans, investment properties).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their borrowing needs, financial circumstances, and lending objectives.
• Loan Structuring & Advice: Recommend appropriate mortgage solutions aligned with clients' goals. Compare loan products from a panel of lenders and prepare loan options.
• Application Processing: Complete and submit accurate loan applications. Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure timely processing.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure all activities adhere to NCCP, ASIC, and company compliance requirements.
• Business Development: Actively manage and nurture the internal referral pipeline from the accounting division. Generate new leads through networking and marketing initiatives.
