The Role

As a Mortgage Broker with Generation Financial Group, you’ll:

Specialise in new investment property finance solutions for our growing client base.

Guide clients through the lending process with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care.

Use your team management experience to support and mentor colleagues, contributing to our strong culture.

Work closely with referral partners and internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is an experienced Mortgage Broker with a strong track record in investment property lending.

Has team leadership or management experience.

Is client-focused, proactive, and results-driven.

Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Has full membership (or eligibility) with the MFAA/ FBAA.
