About the Position:

Our client is looking for a Senior Family Lawyer (4–8+ years PAE) to join their Gold Coast team in a role that blends leadership, mentoring, and high-quality legal work. You will manage a range of complex family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, same-sex and de facto matters, as well as mediation and domestic violence proceedings.

You’ll have the support of a skilled in-house team of Paralegals who handle administrative tasks, giving you space to focus on legal strategy and client care. With clear pathways to Specialisation and Partnership, this firm invests heavily in helping senior lawyers achieve their long-term goals.

Key Requirements:

• 4–8+ years PAE in Family Law (preferably in private practice)
• Experience managing complex matters and mentoring junior lawyers
• Accredited Specialist or interest in pursuing accreditation

• Driven, ambitious and ready to take the next step in your career
