The Role

Working within a specialist Insurance & Risk practice, you’ll lead the development of legal knowledge resources, support high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with legal teams on strategic projects. This role offers variety, professional challenge, and the chance to contribute to work that has real impact across Queensland.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development, management, and implementation of legal knowledge resources for the Insurance & Risk practice.

Support the delivery of high-quality, efficient legal services by identifying and implementing knowledge management initiatives.

Work closely with legal teams to capture, organise, and disseminate legal precedents, updates, and resources.

Contribute to strategic projects, training programs, and the continuous improvement of legal practice systems.

About You

You will be an admitted legal practitioner with:

Extensive post-admission experience, ideally in insurance law, risk management, or related practice areas.

Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and precedent development.

The ability to translate complex legal concepts into accessible and practical resources.

A collaborative approach and experience working within a structured legal services environment.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the capacity to lead knowledge initiatives.
