About the Role:
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, lead and mentor a large team, and ensure smooth execution across all departments. You'll have input into rostering, training, stock control, compliance, and event coordination. This is a hands-on role where your leadership sets the standard.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as an Operations, Assistant Venue, or Duty Manager in a high-volume venue

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Understanding of budgets, cost control, and compliance requirements

• RSA, RSG, RMLV, APPROVED MANAGERS, CLO Certifications
