About Us
Ball360 is a premier basketball training and recovery facility, offering programs for athletes of all ages, from junior development through to elite performance. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Junior Reception / Customer Service team member to join our team.

About the Role
This is a diverse and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring they have a positive Ball360 experience.

Applicants must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and checking them in for bookings

Answering phones and responding to enquiries

Handling reception duties with professionalism and care

Processing sales in our café, preparing food & drinks, and restocking supplies

Assisting with facility presentation and maintaining a welcoming environment

Running birthday parties and on-court activities with children

Supporting the team with general administrative and customer service tasks

About You:

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people of all ages

Strong communication skills with a professional manner

Reliable and punctual with the ability to work nights and weekends

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or working with kids is a bonus but not essential
