First Impressions Dental has positions available for a full-time and Part-Time Front Office Coordinator 2IC to join our dynamic team for Perth south, WA. With many clinics across Perth roles are ranging from Kalamunda, to Murdoch and in between we are growing and are sharing leadership opportunities.

As the 2IC and Front Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our dental practice, with a focus on exceptional customer service and practice administration.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Conduct day-to-day administrative tasks, such as appointment booking, patient file management, and billing/invoicing with Dental4Windows.

Liaise with the dental team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication

Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures alongside management support.

Mentor and support the team, offering guidance and training as needed.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice with management.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental reception or similar customer service-oriented role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
