The Position

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries received via phone and email
• Troubleshooting and resolving incoming customer issues and escalations
• Keeping up to date with product changes and warranty terms and conditions
• Ensuring warranty claims are processed in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying user requirements and providing effective customer solutions on a daily basis

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have proven customer service and warranty experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, and must display the following:

• End-to-end Customer Service and Warranties experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and CRM software programs
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex inquiries
• Perform well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet and exceed key performance objectives
