Blue Gum Hotel is a premium hotel on the Upper North Shore. Come and join our brilliant venue and awesome team!
We are currently hiring casual chefs! The successful candidate will enjoy flexible hours within the 7 day week. We are currently offering casual hours between 30-40 hours each week - a mix of days, nights and weekend work is expected.
Must have a can do attitude.
Previous experience is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the role.

Here at the Blue Gum Hotel we pride ourselves on quality cuts of meats with a menu that represents current trends & our ‘paddock to plate’ belief.
The menu has been constructed by our Head Chef – to reflect this belief. It is diverse and constantly changing to enable us to use the best produce to ensure the food is of the highest quality.
The Blue Gum Hotel is an icon of the north shore. On the site there has been a hotel since 1884 with several name changes and 2 fires destroying the Hotels. The current building was completed in 1962 with renovations being carried regularly inside to keep up with trends and demands.
