Atticus Health is a growing healthcare organisation looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team at our head office in Highett. This on-site role is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to create digital solutions that truly make a difference in healthcare.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and aligned with our organisation’s digital vision. You will work closely with our management and digital health teams to deliver solutions that enhance patient experience and streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Ensure websites are secure, optimised, and scalable

Implement integrations with third-party systems where required

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimisation and functionality

Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative solutions

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue.js)

Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar

Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL

Experience with API development and integration

Understanding of version control (e.g. Git)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
