Who you will be working with
You’ll be reporting directly to the General Manager and leading procurement, inventory, stores, and logistics. This role manages 3 direct reports and 6–7 indirect, giving you responsibility for guiding a motivated team within a business that’s fast-moving and outcome driven.

Duties and responsibilities

• Take ownership of procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct and 6–7 indirect reports
• Drive improvements in cost management and supply chain efficiency
• Partner with operations, projects, and engineering teams on planning needs
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for value
• Ensure compliance, governance, and stock control across sites

We are looking for someone with

• 5+ years in procurement, inventory, or logistics, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering or industrial supply environments
• Proven team management skills, with a focus on results and accountability
• Qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Inventory Management
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory systems
• (Preferred) Experience with project-based procurement and contractor logistics
