What You’ll Sell
You’ll be consulting on premium residential elevators for:
Multi-storey luxury new homes
Aging-in-place renovations
Modern townhouse developments
Accessibility upgrades for existing homes
Boutique commercial projects requiring access solutions
What You’ll Do
Guide customers in our Banksmeadow showroom or at their home/workplace
Consult onsite about feasibility and provide tailored solutions
Present premium products in clear, simple terms
Build lasting relationships with architects, builders & developers to generate repeat and referral sales
Manage showroom enquiries, warm leads & referral relationships
Conduct site visits & showroom consultations
Quote, negotiate & close high-value sales with confidence
Manage a 1–3 month sales cycle with high-value projects
A Little About Our Clients
You’ll be a trusted consultant to high-net-worth homeowners and families seeking accessibility solutions. No two days are the same — you’ll meet clients onsite, assess feasibility, and help them make smart, life-changing decisions. Beyond individual sales, you’ll also develop strong relationships with architects, builders, and developers, creating opportunities for multiple and repeat projects where your expertise and service pay dividends over time.
You’ll Succeed Here If You…
Have 2+ years’ B2B or B2C sales experience (home improvement, retail, renovations, outdoor living, or construction ideal, not essential)
Are confident presenting premium solutions and asking for the sale
Are organised with strong follow-up and CRM skills
Balance people skills with a goal-driven, closing mentality
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and can travel as needed.
