ChemCert Training is an Australian owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationwide courses in agriculture and chemical training with our head office located in Chatswood. Our aim is to provide students with relevant training, knowledge and understanding in the ag industry and equip students in their field of work.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Enrolment Officer for our growing Enrolment Centre (EC) Team which is based at our head office in Chatswood. You would be reporting to the EC Manager and working in a dynamic team where your responsibilities will include:

Entering customer information into our student database and enrolling students

First point of contact for students and clients in providing excellent service through Inbound calls

Taking enrolment bookings, processing payments and answering queries about our courses

Attending to email queries

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

2-3 years in Customer Service / Call Centre Role preferably in RTO environment

Experience in JobReady or similar Student Management System will be highly regarded but not essential

Understanding of ASQA compliance requirements highly regarded but not essential

High level of customer service skills

Possess strong communication skills and ability to resolve disputes

Be proficient in Microsoft applications

High attention to detail

Eagerness to learn new things and grow in a role
