About the Role
Crown Security Solutions is looking for an experienced security technician / supervisor / mananger to join our growing tech team.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and service residential and commercial access control, CCTV, and alarm systems
Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and provide on-site guidance
Accurately prepare quotes and scope works for new installations and service jobs
Experienced with customer communication and support
Liaise with clients to assess requirements and provide tailored security solutions
Diagnose and resolve faults across multiple security platforms
Ensure compliance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, Licensing and company policies
Develop Training Plans
Manage and support junior technicians, apprentices, tradesman and sub contractors
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial security system installation and service
Simpro Desktop and App Experience
Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Apps preferred
Proven experience in quoting and preparing technical scopes of work
Proficient with access control systems such as Integriti, Inception, and Tecom, Bosch
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities across multiple system types
NSW Security Installer Licence (current)
NSW Drivers Licence (current)
National Security Clearance (current)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g. Hikvision, Axis)
Working Knowledge of IP Intercom Systems (e.g. HikVision, 2N, Aiphone)
White Card (Construction Induction)
Leadership and mentoring experience
Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients clearly and confidently
Strong time management and job documentation skills
