Join a leading Not-for-Profit Aged Care provider as a Clinical Care Manager, where you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional care and clinical governance within a large, fully accredited facility based in Ballarat.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you’ll work closely with residents, families, carers, clinicians, and support staff to deliver a resident-focused service that upholds the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Bring

• Current APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Care Manager (or similar leadership role in aged care)
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Familiarity with Personal Care and Resident Lifestyle requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A positive, resident-first mindset that aligns with our values
• Current National Police Check
