We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead an established Residential Aged Care home, driving quality care, operational excellence, and a supportive workplace culture.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for the leadership and management of the home. This includes clinical oversight, service delivery, financial and resource management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will inspire and lead high-performing teams, deliver exceptional resident outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the home.
• Ensure clinical care and services meet best practice standards and exceed resident expectations.
• Develop and deliver business and operational plans, budgets, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff, building a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Oversee dementia and memory support programs, ensuring resident-centred care.

About You

• Nursing qualification and current registration.
• Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong financial and resource management skills.
• Experience driving change and implementing improvement initiatives.
