In this role you will bring your current aged care funding experience. Using the AN-ACC funding model you will be responsible for supporting the homes in the southern locations to optimise Government funding, supporting our residents care needs.
How will you achieve this; Working collaboratively with clinicians you will review completed assessments, develop and offer recommendations, in line with policy. Whilst also ensuring identified non-compliance and completion of documentation is escalated to the General Manager in a timely manner.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- Minimum three years’ experience in the aged care industry
- Experience in aged care funding models (ACFI, AN-ACC)
- Excellent knowledge of clinical documentation systems, processes and related legislative requirements
- Contemporary theoretical knowledge on all aspects of the assessment and care planning processes
- Demonstrated high calibre interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent computer and technology skills (Microsoft office, internet, mobile computing)
- Excellent organisational skills, time management skills, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current drivers licence, willingness and ability to travel between locations as required
