Zelda Bakery in Ripponlea is looking for a baker to join our small team. This role will be assisting with mixing, shaping and baking high hydration sourdough breads, as well as assisting with sweet and savoury pastry prep and shaping. We work over 4 days, no weekends! Our team work together to prepare breads, babka, pastries, cookies, tarts, cakes and other seasonal sweet and savoury pastries.

This role requires:

Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial bakery.

Reliable, passionate about the product and able to work well within a team.

Full working rights in Australia.
