This is a hands-on role where you’ll supervise projects while contributing directly to fabrication and welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with management to plan and run jobs. Providing regular progress updates to management.
• Assignment of jobs to junior welders - onsite installation and shutdowns.
• Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Wide variety of projects - FMCG, food, pharma, government, army.

The Work:

• Plant upgrades & fabrication.
• Oversee workshop fabrication, including pipework, hoppers, conveyors, mixers, pumps, valves, pressure vessels, and cooling towers.
• Assist with on-site installations, assessments, and estimates.
• TIG weld stainless steel and aluminum.
• 5S, lean, CI.
