About the role: -
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for: -

• Developing and maintaining strong outcome-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Conducting sales calls (both telephone and face-to-face) to build strong client relationships.
• Attending scheduled appointments and networking events to expand your reach.

About you: -
You will be have, or be able to demonstrate: -

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Blue Collar Recruitment Sales role
• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines & respond positively
• High energy levels, with the capability to drive business and generate sales opportunities
• Previous experience with Database management and excellent attention to detail
• Drive, passion and be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• A Passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to influence and enable change
• Ability to work autonomously
