We are now seeking a capable and driven Residential Division Manager to take full responsibility for our residential landscape arm.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position where you will manage the entire residential division, overseeing sales staff, project coordinators, construction teams, and administrative support.

You will:

Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team across sales, projects, and construction delivery.

Oversee and refine systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

Identify and implement efficiencies and continuous improvement strategies across projects and workflows.

Drive excellence in project delivery – on time, defect-free, and exceeding client expectations.

Ensure accurate financial reporting and accountability, keeping projects and budgets on track.

Work with senior leadership on HR, compliance, safety, and operational improvements.

Build strong client, supplier, and industry relationships to strengthen the brand and pipeline.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a track record of proven leadership and business management experience, ideally with a background in construction or landscaping.

You must have a minimum of 2-5 years of business management or divisional leadership experience.

You will have:

Demonstrated success in running or managing a business or similar division, with responsibility for people, processes, and results.

Strong computer literacy and ability to confidently use systems and software to manage reporting, workflows, and communication.

Excellent with numbers and figures, able to deliver clear financial reporting and ensure accountability.

Preferable or advantageous: business qualifications (Diploma/Degree in Business, Leadership, or Management).

Highly desirable: residential landscaping or construction management experience.

Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a positive company culture while driving high performance.

High personal integrity, ambition, and a drive to succeed.
