Help us lead our teams to the next level. Nurturing & supporting our Baristas to compete in coffee competitions, creating garden beds, pickling, fermenting and bottling our own produce, working with our Head Chef to create a calendar of Community Events. ## What You'll Do
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships
- Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture where your team feels valued
- Manage day-to-day operations while maintaining our high standards
- Share your knowledge and passion for coffee and food with both staff and customers
- Build and mentor a team that reflects our values
- Implement training programmes
- Proven ability to meet budgets
- Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets in a hospitality environment
- Handle rostering, inventory, and operational tasks using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with hospitality POS systems (Square, Lightspeed, Redcat, etc) and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for inventory management and reporting
- Connect with our local community and help grow our regular customer base
## Who You Are
- Genuinely passionate about coffee, food, and their origins
- Natural leader who inspires and supports their team
- Values building authentic customer relationships over sales targets
- Experience in hospitality management (specialty coffee/food background preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in hospitality management, with operations management experience preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years hospitality management experience, including direct supervision of 5+ team members and experience with staff training and development programmes
- Available Thursday through Sunday (4-day working week)
- Someone who leads with integrity, transparency, and positivity
- Understands that great culture starts from the top
- Eligible to work in Australia with appropriate visa status
- Clean criminal background check required
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
