About the Role
Chubb Fire & Security, a leader in safety and security solutions, is seeking a passionate and professional National Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
You will be responsible for:
Handle a variety of product, service, and account enquiries
Monitor and swiftly respond to email enquiries via our national customer service group mailboxes
Process customer requests accurately and escalate issues appropriately
Efficiently answer and manage high volumes of inbound service calls from customers nationwide
Deliver professional, friendly, and prompt customer service with each interaction
Aim for First Call Resolution to boost customer satisfaction
About You
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills โ both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great time management skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
