About the role:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Signage Allrounder to join our growing signage department – PICHA Projects. In this full-time position, you’ll play an important role in our production team with day-to-day operations, fabrication, and installation preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, expand their skills, and contribute to exciting projects for national brands.

About you:
The right candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have some experience in the signage industry, but most importantly, you’re enthusiastic and ready to grow with us.

Your skills and experience:

At least three years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of signage fabrication processes

Ability to operate wide-format printers and cutters

Experience with vinyl application

Router operating experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team

Key responsibilities:

Assist with signage production, fabrication, and finishing tasks

Operate wide-format printers, cutters, and other production equipment

Support with vinyl application, mounting, and assembly

Maintain quality control standards across all output

Assist the team with warehouse organisation and preparation for installs

Follow WHS procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe workspace
